Lancang Lahu Autonomous County is an autonomous county in Simao, Yunnan in the People's Republic of China. It has an area of 8,807 square kilometres, and a population of 470,000 as of 2004. A large portion of the population are of Lahu ethnicity, and Lahu language is one of the official languages there.
