Kshirpai also known as Khirpai, is a town and a municipality in West Midnapore in the Indian state of West Bengal.

As of 2001 India census[1], Kshirpai had a population of 14,545. Males constitute 51% of the population and females 49%. Kshirpai has an average literacy rate of 67%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 74%, and female literacy is 59%. In Kshirpai, 13% of the population is under 6 years of age. Chairman name is Sri Durga Sankar Pan. Vice-Chairman is Sri Netai Ghosh. Near Khirpai there is a river named Kethia.
