KOCD (103.7 FM, "CD 103.7") is a radio station licensed to serve Wilburton, Oklahoma. The station is owned by KESC Enterprises, LLC. It airs a Smooth Jazz music format.[2]
The station has been assigned these call letters by the Federal Communications Commission since June 1, 2007.[1]
[edit] Construction permit
On January 26, 2007, the station was granted a construction permit to relocate its community of license to Okemah, Oklahoma. This would also involve a change in effective radiated power to 72,000 watts and a change in antenna height above average terrain to 282 meters (926 feet). The new transmitter would be located at 35°15'47"N, 96°22'43"W. This permit expires on January 26, 2010.
