KIDR, 740AM, is a Spanish Language news/talk station serving the Phoenix, Arizona area. KIDR has been an affiliate of Catholic Radio Network, Beat Radio, Radio AAHS, and Radio Disney in the past. KMIK AM 1580 is the current Radio Disney affiliate.

KIDR is owned by Fox Broadcasting. The station was acquired from Radio Unica in 2003, as part of a $150 million transaction [1]. The stations were sold as part of the bankruptcy liquidation of Radio Unica.[2].

The current operation is identified on the web site as "Group W", and the business address and telephone number on the web site match those of the business office of Radio Unica in Phoenix.
