Joaquín Beltrán Vargas (born April 29, 1977 in Mexico City) is a Mexican professional football defender, currently playing for Cruz Azul.
Beltran has spent most of his career with Pumas UNAM. He debuted on November 24, 1996 for Pumas UNAM against Morelia, where Pumas team won 3-2.
After contract negotiations failed with Pumas, he was signed by Necaxa for the Apertura 2006 tournament. He was signed by Cruz Azul for the start of the 2007 Apertura tournament.
