Jegunovce (Macedonian: Јегуновце) is a municipality in northwestern Republic of Macedonia. Jegunovce is also the name of the village where the municipal seat is found. Jegunovce municipality is part of Polog statistical region.

The municipality borders Serbia in the north, City of Skopje in the southeast, Tearce municipality in the west, Želino municipality in the south and Tetovo municipality in the southwest.

By the 2003 territorial division of the Republic, the rural Vratnica municipality was attached to Jegunovce municipality.
