"Hurt" is the 3rd single from T.I.'s fifth studio album T.I. vs. T.I.P.. It features Busta Rhymes and Alfamega. Production comes from Danja, which utilized horns for the song structure.

The video premiered on BET's 106 & Park on October 3, 2007. The song wasn't as successful as his previous singles from the album, peaking only at #89 Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, even the unofficial single "Touchdown" received more airplay.
Alfamega and Busta Rhymes performed the song at the BET Hip Hop Awards.
There is a Official Remix with Young Jeezy.
