The album featured Trick Daddy, Nelly, Lil' Jon, B.G., Mannie Fresh, Daz Dillinger, Lil Wayne, Pharrell Williams, P$C, Lil' Kim & Big Kuntry King with production by Swizz Beatz, Daz Dillinger, Shorty B, Lil' Jon, Scott Storch, Jazze Pha, The Neptunes, DJ Toomp, Khao, Sanchez Holmes, and Mannie Fresh.

T.I. claims the album could have sold more than 2 million if the song "Get Loose" featuring Nelly and Jazze Pha was released as a single. Urban Legend has been certified platinum by the R.I.A.A.
