Highway 37 is a north-south highway in the east-central part of the province of Ontario, Canada. Its northern terminus is at Highway 7 in the municipality of Tweed, and its southern terminus was formerly at Highway 62 in Belleville; however, in 1998 the terminus was changed to Highway 401, still in Belleville. Prior to the re-routing, Highway 37's length was 47 kilometres; it is now 44 kilometres in length.
Highway 37 serves as a major shortcut route between Ottawa and Toronto. It is well-maintained for its entire length, mostly traversing rural areas. The major settlement on the Highway between its termini is the village of Tweed.
