Highway 34 is a highway in eastern Ontario which travels south from Hawkesbury to join Highway 417 south of Vankleek Hill. It is 17 km in length.
A former section of the highway which travels south 20 km from Highway 417 to Highway 2 in Lancaster is now designated as SD&G county road 34.
