This template might have a format close to what you're looking for, and you can retrofit it to your liking. If you want to include an image and can find one that is available for free use, you can plug it into the image line and adjust its size using the px function. I would suggest a statewide map, like in {{University of California}} or a state symbol, like in {{University of Alaska System}}. If you find you want to use an element out of one of the many free-use pictures available, you can download the picture, crop it in GIMP (free!) or Photoshop (expensive!), reupload it -- explaining the licensing like I did with Image:SGateCampCrop.jpg -- and plug that into your template. If you don't want to use the image line, just take it out and set colspan to "2". --Dynaflow babble 06:58, 9 July 2007 (UTC)
