Glasgow, Dumbarton and Helensburgh Railway is an historic railway in Scotland.

It was authorised by an Act of Parliament on 14 August 1855.
The railway was absorbed by the Edinburgh and Glasgow Railway on 31 July 1862.

With the exception of a small section west of Bowling, the line is still open.
- West Highland Line and Caledonian Sleeper between Cowlairs Junction and Craigendoran Junction.
- Maryhill Line between Cowlairs Junction and Maryhill Park Junction
- North Clyde Line (and some Argyle Line services) between Knightswood North Junction and Helensburgh Central
