Gina Williams (born Regina Cates) is a fictional character on the ABC soap opera General Hospital. She was played by actress Nikki Cox from 1993 to 1995, Gina Gallagher in 1996 and Stephanie Dicker from 1996-1997. She is the sister of Stone and Jagger Cates. Gina was adopted as a child by her foster family, the Williams'.
