[edit] Do the Garibaldi Ranges included Coquitlam Mtn/Lk and Buntzen?

Just uploaded the map, but went by instinct with Widgeon Creek-Mamquam River as the SW boundary; but Coquitlam Mountain and sundry between Indian Arm and Pitt Lake, and south of the Widgeon-Mamquam line - should they be included, or are they a separate grouping? Because they're definitely not in the North Shore Mtns, so....definitely Front Ranges, although that's an obscure grouping and I have yet to see a precise boundary definition.Skookum1 00:15, 31 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image issue

Please note, this photo is of Wedge Mountain, NOT Garbaldi as mentioned in the description! 207.81.159.75 (talk) 22:35, 29 March 2008 (UTC)

No, the photo is Garibaldi, not Wedge; take another look; Wedge doesn't have that pointy spire on it. Besdies the person who took and uploaded that knew t hey were in Squamish when they took it, and you can't see Wedge from Squamish, right?Skookum1 (talk) 14:29, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
To me it looks volcanic. I discussed this issue with the owner in January and said a tour bus driver called it Mount Garibaldi. Black Tusk 16:34, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
It's Garibaldi, period; Wedge just doesn't look like that; only dimly is there a silhouette-resemblance; Wedge's flanks are a lot steeper, and there's no spire on the top, also a distinct triangular - wedge-shaped - front face, and the ridge in front of same isn't treed. It's definitely not Wedge; I lived in Whistler for seven years, I'd know....Skookum1 (talk) 18:45, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
