Gary Husband, born in Leeds, Yorkshire in 1960, is an English drummer and is a world-renowned jazz and rock musician and composer who performs with artists such as Allan Holdsworth, John McLaughlin, Jack Bruce, Mike Stern, Billy Cobham, Gary Moore as well as the British jazz-funk-pop band Level 42 among many other international musical artists.

He is also a keyboard / Piano player and fronts his own projects between touring and recording commitments. His latest group is called Gary Husband's Drive.

Innovators in progressive metal such as Sean Reinert[1] (Cynic) and Tomas Haake[2] (Meshuggah) cite Mr. Husband's playing as a primary source of inspiration.

Husband is a Patron and regular clinician at London drum school Drumtech.
