[edit] Notability

As I understand it, all populated places, both current and historical, are (or at least were) considered notable. Gage is a former town, it exists in the Delorme Atlas for New Mexico, currently has an exit marked "Gage" on Interstate 10 (yes, I have been in Gage), and is mentioned, as stated in "References", in the WPA Guide for New Mexico. It is a real place, and I feel that it should have an article. Unfortunately, I have little knowledge about the town. Squad51 00:09, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

I'm just not sure how the former town is significant. Is there more information? Navou banter / review me 00:17, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
