[edit] Spiderman on PBS

'The Electric Company' show on U.S. Public Broadcasting System (PBS) had a segment of the Friendly Neighborhood Spider-man. An odd thing about those segments was instead of talking, Spider-man's dialog was done with speech balloons. Now I leave it up to the hardcore Spider-man fans to research this and wiki it. ;)

The 'other' has so far shown no ability at all of producing stingers - and the likelihood of it being able to is small, as it was not a real human body, merely a large number of spiders all in one place.

You are not sure about that. At the end of Spectacular Spider-Man #22 the creature that was shown was inside a cocoon. This may imply that the creature has also gone into an evolution that is similar to Peter's, thereby granting it most if not all of Peter's own powers.

Also changes in its features, maybe even to blend in.

Just a quick question really - how come this article doesn't have a 'Collections' section, whereas The Sensational Spider-Man (vol. 2) does? I think having the section here would be pretty useful. I've not edited the Wiki much, so I'm kinda reluctant to do so just yet, but I've researched the names and ISBN's of the collections to make it easier for someone else to do so:
