Frederikshavn municipality is a Danish municipality in Region Nordjylland.
It is, as result of Kommunalreformen ("The Municipal Reform" of 2007), a merger between existing Frederikshavn, Skagen and Sæby municipalities. The new municipality has an area of 642 km² and a total population of 62,751 (2008).
The mayor of the new municipality is Erik Sørensen (Soc.dem.) from Frederikshavn.
