Fernando Vega Torres, known as Fernando Vega (born 3 July 1984 in Arahal, Seville), is a Spanish footballer who currently plays for Real Betis of the Spanish La Liga, as a left defender.

Incidentally, Vega started his career with Sevilla FC, playing 69 matches for its B team. In 2005-06 he played with modest Lorca Deportiva CF in the Segunda División.
In July 2006, Vega joined Real Betis on a free transfer, and quickly became first-choice left-back at the Andalusian side, ousting veteran Enrique Romero.
