[edit] Cleanup

Wikipedia articles normally use full sentences, italics for titles of large-scale works (books, CDs, compositions), etc. "External links" after "see also". --Ferdinand Pienaar 10:56, 18 Apr 2005 (UTC)

I've done some more cleanup - please edit mercilessly. I would remove the cleanup tag, but I think the list of names is too big to be useful, but don't know the subject enough to pare it down. I'm going to move sections around a bit more. John (Jwy) 19:36, 1 April 2006 (UTC)
