This is completely misformatted, the opening material appears to be taken from some Marvel handbook, the material is not wikified/linked, and the tone, language, grammar, etc. are very far from encyclopedic. The title doesn't even seem to make sense; this is apparently an obscure Marvel Comics character (though Marvel.com only seems to have a Hulk 2099 character named Draco). That sounds like a good idea. So there's the Hulk 2099 character, and this evidently different one, neither of which appears at List of Marvel Comics characters. Moving it "Draco (Marvel Comics)" would be part of it, too. You want to start us off? --Tenebrae 04:45, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
