Donald Carl Breaux (born August 3, 1940) is a former American Football League player and former Offensive Coordinator for the Washington Redskins. It was his second stint under head coach Joe Gibbs and with the team.

Breaux attended McNeese State University and was a standout quarterback. He played professionally for the Denver Broncos in 1963 and the San Diego Chargers in 1964 and 1965.
