Decker Moss is a fictional character on the ABC soap opera, General Hospital. He was portrayed by Michael Watson from 1989 to 1991.

Decker Moss came to Port Charles in 1989. His half-brother, Colton Shore and his cousin, Lucy Coe lived there. He hit Felicia Cummings Jones with his motorcycle and caused Felicia to develop amnesia. He convinced her that her name was Phoebe. Decker did not know that Felicia was engaged to his half-brother, Colton Shore. When Felicia learned the truth, she left Port Charles.
Decker met Dawn Winthrop, a student nurse, while bartending. He was instantly attracted to her. Dawn was engaged to Ned Ashton at the time. Decker teamed up with Ned's mother, Tracy Quartermaine to break the couple up. Tracy did not like Dawn. Wendy Masters worked with Ned while he was a tennis instructor. She knew that he had an affair with his aunt and Dawn's mother, Monica Quartermaine (not knowing she was) and she had a plan to blackmail him. Wendy was found murdered and the secret was revealed. Decker was accused of Wendy's murder. Dawn and Decker ran away together, but the police were looking for Decker.
In 1991, they returned to Port Charles. Dawn wanted to finish nursing school and to make amends with her mother. Decker proposed to Dawn and then left to take care of a gambling problem. Decker and his new business partner, Edge Jerome had bought Colton's club Body Heat. Edge had a plan to break up Dawn and Decker. Old enemies of Edge's tied the three up inside the club and set the club on fire. Edge was able to free himself and beat Dawn and Decker with a pipe. Dawn died but Decker survived. Decker was put on trial for her murder. Frisco Jones discovered a tape that showed Edge hitting them with the pipe. He was cleared of all charges and left town.
