[edit] Stevens' death?

Warren Ellis has posted that he's received an email which claims Stevens died yesterday. I can't find any "official" news about this, so I'm inclined not to amend the article straight away. --S. C. 18:10, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

I updated the article making use of the material being made availible on the internet in recent days. There's still some formatting and tightening up to do.
