Daniel Ionel Opriţa, (born August 10, 1981 in Drăgăneşti), is a Romanian football (soccer) striker, who can also play as a winger.
Despite playing as a striker, Opriţa does not score many goals, however his main ability is to create spaces for his team mates, from where many goals are born. He is very committed while playing, and he is also technically gifted.

Daniel Oprita agreed to a 4 year contract with Dinamo on April 12th, 2007. Prior to this transfer he played for Steaua between 2002 and 2006. Oprita also played for CSM Reşiţa between 2000 and 2002 in Romania's Liga II.
