Lucian Goian (born February 10, 1983 in Suceava, Romania) is a football player playing as a central defender. He is currently playing for Ceahlăul Piatra-Neamţ. He is the younger brother of Steaua's Dorin Goian, also a central defender. He signed with his former club, Dinamo, after scoring against Dinamo's rivals, Steaua, when he played at Ceahlăul. He also played 6 matches in UEFA Cup with Dinamo.
