Cunter (Romansch, in German: Conters im Oberhalbstein) is a municipality in the district of Albula in the canton of Graubünden in Switzerland.
It lies on the road to the Julier Pass, between Tiefencastel and Savognin.
The municipality had 215 inhabitants in 2005, its surface area is 7.11 km².
