Cuddly Panda (also known as CP, Kieran, Panda and Mr. Critic) is a rare subspecies of the giant panda, and lives in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. There is only one known specimen, named Kieran, a young animal.
Cuddly Panda has been, over time, taught how to use the World Wide Web, and can play computer games such as Zoo Tycoon and Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis. He also loves to watch television programs, such as Transformers, The Fairly OddParents, Primeval, Doctor Who and Drake & Josh. He is a memeber of several websites, including Wikipedia, and is one of less than 10 animal users among more than 7,296,402 human users. He may be a panda, but has developed a sharp eye for vandalism on Wikipedia on any articles of its interest. It is especially skilled at the art of picture uploading.

- Don't be a vandal, its not funny or cool in any way. If you must be a vandal, do it on Uncyclopedia (which is SO cool).
- Try to avoid fights with other users. If they start vandalising, add the {{test}} template. If it gets worse, add the {{test1}} {{test2}}, {{test3}}, {{test4}} templates, and so on.

- Try to write in a formal tone. For example "the donkey's a big animal that lives in Asia," is not good enough. "The donkey is a large mammal that is distrubuted across Asia," is better.
- In videogame articles, say 'one' or 'the player' rather than 'you'.

- If an asshole starts cheesing you off, stay cool and ask for help on your talk page. If you get so pissed at whoever it is, go ahead and report it. Whether it's a vandal, flamer or just someone who's annoying you, ask for help all the same. If it goes into legal threats, leave Wikipedia.
