CR 514 eastbound in Hunterdon County.
County Route 514 is a county highway in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The highway extends 42.86 miles (68.98 kilometers) from US 202 in East Amwell Township to Bayway Avenue (Route 439) in Elizabeth. west of East Amwell, County Route 514 continues as Route 179.

Prior to the 600-series county route designations, CR 514 in Middlesex County was designated as County Route 1R2.[2]
