[edit] What do they mean?

The article says that the two swords/scimitars represent a) the houses of Saud and Wahab, and b) justice and strength rooted in faith. Which is it? (If it is both, it should expressly say so) --Thorsen 15:12, 15 June 2007 (UTC)
