[edit] No power increase

CJMS applied for (and was granted in April 2002) a power increase from 5,000 watts daytime / 1,100 watts nighttime to 10,000 watts daytime / 5,000 watts nighttime... but the station never implemented it, and that decision is no longer valid as CJMS never bothered to ask to renew the decision.

I recall reading a newspaper article in 2005 which claimed that CJMS was about to increase its power, but there is no record whatsoever on the CRTC website of any new application to do so. (Although with the way the station is run, I wouldn't be surprised if they would raise their power without getting the proper authorization, but I digress...) — ABCXYZ (talk) 05:20, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
