[edit] Assessment

I have assessed this as Start Class, as it provides more detail and organization than would be expected of a Stub, but it still a great deal more prose. I have assessed this as mid importance, as it has a strong, but not vital, role within Canada. Cheers, CP 23:13, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
