[edit] How does this image qualify as fair use?
I'm not sure what's so significant about this image that it qualifies as fair use. As far as I can tell, there's nothing this image shows that couldn't be adequately be described with prose, nor is the photograph itself subject of commentary or controversy. --98.204.112.111 (talk) 15:15, 2 March 2008 (UTC)
- For some odd reason, that not even I myself the up loader, knows, the image was already reviewed by administrators, and determined to worthy of being kept on Wikipedia. Thus, it shall be kept for now, but probably removed in the final draft of the article. Take note, that while historic pictures are suppused to be the only non-free images on Wikipeida, Administrators often grant lee-way to random non-free images for odd reasons. ex, Image:Brady Quinn SI.jpg --ShadowJester07 ► Talk 20:25, 2 March 2008 (UTC)
- Those are specious reasonings, aren't they? Articles can go into multiple AFDs, and I see nothing in the policies that say a previously reviewed image can't be reviewed again (not to mention WP:OTHERCRAPEXISTS. I was hoping you'd respond with something based on policy or WP:NFCC. --98.204.112.111 (talk) 01:40, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

- user:Jerry originally closed the deletion debate, when another user tagged the article with a {{subst:rfu}}. Unless there is a specific policy that calls for the {{rk}} to be removed, It probably should not be. I simply moved it up. --ShadowJester07 ► Talk 02:40, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
