This media was proposed for deletion as a replaceable non-free content. The result was to Keep the image, as no adequate free-licensed image exists or can be created to fulfill the limited role performed by this image at the time deletion was considered. However, this image may be replaceable by free images in other contexts, and in such cases the free image must take precedence. A discussion of this decision may exist on the image talk page.

1. It is at screen resolution and in a lossy format
2. It is used in Wikipedia only for informational and educational purposes, and is not used for profit.
3. Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows the subject of this article
4. Since he no longer attends UNM, any picture of him as a student at UNM is an unrepeatable historic event.
5. The image is from a Media Guide, it was intended for mass distribution in order to promote the UNM.
6. Its use on Wikipedia does not compete with the copyright holder.
7. it in no way infringes or assists in the illegal reproduction or distribution of the content of the event, goods or services being advertised;
8. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the event, goods or services in any way;
