Brian Alexa Friedman (also known as "B Free"), born in Scottsdale, Arizona on May 28, 1977 (age 31) is a popular American choreographer. He also has his own range of BFree shoes and clothes.

In 2003 Friedman was nominated for an MTV VMA for Best Choreography for Mýa's "My Love Is Like...Wo" video. Friedman has also choreographed many of Britney Spears' videos including, "Overprotected", "I Love Rock 'n' Roll", "Toxic",as well as her Dream Within a Dream tour. His other video credits include 'N Sync's Pop (assistant to Wade Robson), Fatboy Slim's "Weapon of Choice", (assistant & Christopher Walken's dance double), Samantha Mumba's "Baby Come on Over", Monica's "Just Another Girl", P!nk's "Most Girls", Chayanne's "Boom Boom", M2M's "Don't Say You Love Me" and Prince's "Betcha by Golly Wow!". Friedman also choreographed an episode of the FOX series, That 70's Show. He has also been a judge for the hit show So You Think You Can Dance U.S. TV Series. Friedman also choreographed for the feature film, National Lampoon's Pledge This!, starring Paris Hilton. Friedman also choreographed a dance routine for the Burlesque group, The Bombshells, featuring Carmen Electra, for a VMA after-party.
Friedman appeared as a judge on ITV's reality show Grease Is The Word in which they tried to find a new Sandy and Danny for the new West End production of Grease. Shortly after this, Friedman was appointed the new judge on hit UK talent show The X Factor along with Dannii Minogue, replacing former judge Louis Walsh after he left the line up in March 2007. However, Louis Walsh returned to the show's judging panel in June 2007 replacing Friedman as a judge, who then changed his role to become choreographer, billed on screen as "Creative Director" on the show.

Friedman has also appeared on shows such as VH1 Divas Live 2003 with Beyoncé, Jewel, Ashanti, and Queen Latifah, ' The Billboard Awards, HBO specials, MTV's Total Britney Live, MTV Making the Video, MTV VMAs, MTV Diary, MTV Becoming Britney Spears, MTV Icon Janet Jackson (assistant choreographer as well as dancer with Pink, Mýa & Usher), MTV 10 with Michael Jackson, The Grammy Awards, Moesha, The Parkers, Viva Variety, Fame LA, Kids Incorporated, Grown Ups, The Nikki Cox Show, Happy Hour, Tonight Show, Radio Music Awards 2000, Soul Train Awards, Kids Choice Awards, Today Show, Fox’s No Place Like Home with Britney Spears, Nickelodeon Birthday Bash with Jordan Knight, Regis & Kathie Lee, Good Morning America and Rock the Cradle(subbing as judge for an absent Jamie King in week 4).
Friedman has also done the MTV Movie Awards featuring Pink, choreographed TAYLOR DAYNE'S 'right now' performance for the VH1 special 'Remaking TAYLOR DAYNE', Mýa, "My Love is Like...Wo" video, Hilary Duff's "So Yesterday" video, Aaron Carter's latest tour, Taiwanese artist Saya (Music Video Solo), and he recently danced in the iPod rock commercial.
