• Dean McCarthy (4 December 2006 through 4 October 2007. Dean suffered an injury whilst performing in the show in April 2007, he made one subsequent appearance on 20 August. His departure from the show was announced at the end of the 1000th performance, when he appeared on stage to dance the finale).
• Oliver Taylor (18 June 2007 through 1 December 2007 - official leaving date. Olly gave his 50th, and final, performance on 15 December 2007).
• Sam Angell (3 September 2007 through 29 March 2008)
• Trent Kowalik (17 December 2007 through 7 June 2008). Trent left the London production to play the role of Billy in New York.

• Substitutes: On several occasions, one of the Billys has gone on as Michael: Liam Mower performing the role in September 2005, Leon Cooke in February 2007, Travis Yates in June 2007 - and Layton Williams in September 2007 when Shaun Malone took the part of Small Boy. Layton Williams covered the role of Michael again during December 2007 until Daniel Fitzsimons started.

• Corey Snide, who transferred temporarily from the London production in November 2007 to cover for Nick Twiney. Corey left to rejoin the London show after his performance on 19th January 2008, following Nick Twiney's return to the company. He gave two performances in London before he was recalled to Sydney in February to cover for an injured Lochlan Denholm and Rarmian Newton. In March 2008, he returned to London, again.
• Nick Twiney, who made his debut as Billy on 12th January 2008 [4] Nick gave his final show as Billy on May 20th 2008.
