I know Matt Adams has been protected from creation but I think I am capable enough to create it as I created the Duncan Duff and Kelly Salmon articles about a month ago and no one has complained that they are in anyway unsuitable or requested deletion. Does anyone know how an uncreated article can be un-protected from deletion?
