Big River State Forest is a conservation area on 2,900 acres (11.74 km²) in Henderson County, Illinois, United States. The land was first acquired in 1925 as only a 200 acres (0.81 km²) refuge, but subsequent land purcheses raised the totale to 2,900 acres (11.74 km²).
