I am quite sure Charles Campagne could not have been finished until early 1960s. It was built during construction of I-135. On this page there are 3 photos labelled as being from the 1960s that show the school (unfinished) & the highway - some earlier than others.

The land around CC was still used for farming at least to summer 1959 - probably later. I remember watching the sun set behind the old farmhouse for several winters - starting winter 1958-59, almost certainly 59-60, and 60-61 too. I know I-135 was not yet under construction there until some time after spring 1959, because I could walk there unimpeded. I know school was already there before Spring of 1963.

With the farmhouse still there in summer of 1959 (and later), the school could NOT have been completed in the 1950s. Maybe someone could look at the cornerstone too --JimWae (talk) 07:56, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
