Bando Osmeña - Pundok Kauswagan is a regional political party based in Cebu City, Philippines. By the name, it is a political party run by the Osmeña family of Cebu.

It is known to be an affiliate of the dominant national party Lakas-Christian-Muslim Democrats. Prior to that, it was the city's equivalent of another national party founded by another Osmeña scion, the Promdi.

There are no results available of the last elections for the House of Representatives, but according to the website of the House, the party holds 2 out of 237 seats (state of the parties, June 2007).
