[edit] Edit War

Is there an edit war going on here? I'm not really seeing a reason why that should be but there seems to be a lot of resistance to some recent changes.GDD1000 (talk) 13:25, 7 May 2008 (UTC)

You could call it that, I suppose. It looks like one very persistant vandal (of the humourous, not the nasty kind) being reverted several times. I was interested in the spelling dispute, though. I always thought it was spelt Ballykinlar; there must be some history to the two alternative spellings. Scolaire (talk) 20:44, 7 May 2008 (UTC)

The spelling difference is not uncommon with Irish place names which have been Anglicised.GDD1000 (talk) 10:51, 8 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] People of Interest

I removed that section because the content was complete rubbish. If anyone wants to put that section back with relevant detail then that would be great. I don't really know enough about the subject but I do know that section would have been more at home on Uncyclopedia.IrishPete (talk) 03:39, 9 May 2008 (UTC)

I had concerns about it but I didn't feel it was my place to delete it. Thank you for your help.GDD1000 (talk) 10:45, 9 May 2008 (UTC)
