Your user page

Please remove the non-free image from your talk page. It's only allowed to be used where it is covered by WP:FAIRUSE - and that is only on apges which talk about the album. Od Mishehu 17:13, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

I have removed the one from your userpage, too — please interpret Wikipedia:Non-free content criteria. Regards, Qst 17:19, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
Very well. -Billy-talk 14:20, 7 December 2007 (UTC)

User Box

I noticed that you are a fan of Queen. Are you gay? Dustihowe (talk) 20:06, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

Absolutely not! There is nothing wrong with Queen. Just because I enjoy their music doesn't mean I'm homosexual. -Billy-talk 22:16, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
Easy there, just a question. And to answer your question, I am trying to find other gay users on Wikipedia. Thanks! Dustihowe (talk) 18:58, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
Why? -Billy-talk 14:30, 10 December 2007 (UTC)
Just looking. Any other questions? --Dustihowe  Talk  19:39, 11 December 2007 (UTC)

Your current RfA

Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/Billy looks like it isn't likely to pass. Usually, an editor would come along and close it per WP:SNOW, but several editors (myself included) are attempting to change this process a bit by asking the candidates directly if they would like it closed.

As it stands currently, I believe you've received sufficient feedback from the participants. Would it be okay to go ahead and close the RfA, or would you prefer to keep it open for a while longer? EVula // talk // // 23:25, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

If it's alright, I'd like to leave it open. -Billy-talk 23:26, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
Sure thing. EVula // talk // // 23:30, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

Your RFA was not successful

Billy, I have withdrawn your Request for Adminship, as it did not stand a chance of succeeding at present, and nothing would have been accomplished from extending it further. Please consider the concerns of the opposers, and feel free to reapply in the future. Good luck. --Deskana (talk) 00:30, 9 December 2007 (UTC)

As your Rfa was unsuccessful, you should remove the Rfa template from your userpage. - klownox 19:49, 9 December 2007 (UTC)

PHP

I was wondering if you could give me some tips on PHP as I am wishing to learn it and you know a bit about it, if you could, please reply here, my talkpage or via email at klownox@gmail.com. Thanks - klownox 21:28, 14 December 2007 (UTC)

I suppose I could. But next time, just e-mail me. -Billy-talk 21:27, 17 December 2007 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Queen crest.svg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Queen crest.svg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot (talk) 20:26, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Freddie mercury 1991.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Freddie mercury 1991.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 19:47, 22 December 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:The attack of the dragons.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:The attack of the dragons.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page.
