[edit] B-class, 16 February 2007
Article has a lot of good content and media, but may need more references to get a Good Article status. - cgilbert(talk|contribs) 20:43, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Start-class, 20 February 2007
I have downgraded this article from B to Start because of the fallowing reasons:
- The lead is to short.
- The article has only eight references.
- There are numerous red links.
- The external links section needs to be cleaned up.

French article says formed in Montreal.. fact check
- On the official April Wine website it says that they were formed in Nova Scotia; so Montreal is out. "By the spring of 1970 April Wine had relocated from Halifax to Montreal" is also stated...looks like the French page is wrong. Décartes 23:24, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
This might be helpful. According to album credits from "The Nature of the Beast" and "Power Play", artists are credited as Steve Lang not Jeff Lange and Gary Moffet not Gary Moffat.
[edit] Improper referencing style
With regard to today's addition of referneces: I am sure they are great but the method of aligning tham at the top of the page is lazy and improper (ie, inconsistent with wiki style). Perhaps the editor could put them in their proper locations to back up assertions in the text? Verne Equinox 01:55, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Lack of Images - Looking Bad
Now that the Wiki administrators (and know-it-all's) have marched through and trashed all the images, I think this article is in desperate need of a little eye-candy. The lack of images makes this article look bad, and very poorly produced, when compared to the appearance of other rock artist's wiki's... April Wine deserves better. I'm sure there's no shortage of valid April Wine images available, which can be used tastefully, in true wiki-form. Let's go!
