Anija Parish (Estonian: Anija vald) is a rural municipality in northern Estonia. It is a part of Harju County. The municipality has a population of 6,297 (as of 1 January 2004) and covers an area of 520.94 km². The population density is 12.1 inhabitants per km².
The administrative centre of the municipality is the town of Kehra, with population of 3,196. There are 31 villages in Anija Parish.
