Promote some entity? I see two things on the page -

  1. a list of member organizations, nearly all have their own page, and
  2. a list of awards, all of which are prestigious in the field.

OK, never mind - let's talk about notability. See member societies of the IEEE - if they are notable, then the AACC (a governing organization of eight such societies) is notable, no? Jiuguang Wang (talk) 14:17, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
Not necessarily, notability is not inherited. If this organisation is notable, there should be some reliable sources out there. – ukexpat (talk) 18:18, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
