Alexei Kaigorodov (Russian: Алексей Кайгородов, Alexey Kajgorodov) (born July 29, 1983 in Chelyabinsk, U.S.S.R.) is a Russian professional ice hockey player.

While playing in Russia, Kaigorodov often centered a line with Evgeni Malkin.

On August 24, 2006, Kaigorodov's contract was voluntarily suspended by Metallurg Magnitogorsk, allowing him to pursue an NHL contract. Soon after, he signed a two-year contract with the Senators. On November 4, 2006, he was suspended by the Senators for refusing an assignment to the Binghamton Senators of the American Hockey League.

On January 3, 2007, he was traded to the Phoenix Coyotes for Mike Comrie. However, the Coyotes decided to maintain the suspension of Kaigorodov. Kaigorodov continues to play in Russia.
