Abdelhamid Hassan (Arabic: عبدالحميد حسن) (born September 24, 1974) is an Egyptian footballer. He plays the striker position for Egypt's El-Ahly.
He is also known as (Geddo) " Grandpa".
Abdelhamid has a personal record, which is scoring the fastest goal in the history of Egyptian football competitions, this was his goal with ENPPI against Ghazl El-Mehalla after 11 seconds, in 2006.
He transferred to El-Ahly in January 2007. He was injured in 23 Feb 2007 in the game against Tersana, and he will miss the games for 8 weeks.
