Vikrant. I must admit we've had our disagreements but I'm not sure what your point is?? ♦Blofeld of SPECTRE♦ $1,000,000? 13:58, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
- Whoever this is, I thank you for the information.--andreasegde (talk) 13:56, 17 May 2008 (UTC)
Re Vikrant/Ultra: as Blofeld asked, what was your point in sending this message to multiple talk pages, rather than WP:ANI? Taking each of your points in turn:
- His name change followed the normal process [1], rather than throwing away the account, so he's made it obvious what his older accounts were [2]. His user page and talk logs followed the move. Nothing in the least suspicious about this.
- The fact that his block log didn't move was a bug that was only fixed last month. But like I said - his earlier accounts arent hidden, no super s3kr1t admin tools required to see those blocks. And a lot of users have had blocks in the past but end up productive, or even admins.
- Yes his RFA failed, but that's not uncommon - over half of the RfAs failed that month[3]. Again, nothing suspicious about this.
- The accusation of sockpuppetry is a bit of a stretch. What sock would go to the trouble of typing out a full timestamp so obviously incorrect, when they could log in as the sock and sign the contrib properly? It looks more like a copy & paste of a review invite, which Vikrant later fixed.
I've had minor disputes with Vikrant in the past, but I'm more uncomfortable with your behaviour here. If you have a dispute with a user, please follow the proper processes. Bazzargh (talk) 15:34, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
