[edit] Regarding edits made 5 February 2007 to Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front
Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, the external links you added do not comply with our guidelines for external links. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Michael Billington (talk • contribs) 10:25, 5 February 2007 (UTC)

This is your last warning.

- If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
You have been temporarily blocked from editing Wikipedia as a result of your disruptive edits. You are free to make constructive edits after the block has expired, but please note that vandalism (including page blanking or addition of random text), spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks; and repeated, blatant violations of our polices concerning neutral point of view and biographies of living persons will not be tolerated. utcursch | talk 15:03, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Defragmentation. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policy for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. —EncMstr 19:40, 24 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Stop spamming please
Please stop adding no-content sites supposedly "under construction" to university articles. Bishonen | talk 20:57, 21 October 2007 (UTC).
- I've blocked, because this user was already warned and blocked today. An hour after the block expired, they started again. This is a marketing campaign. If it resumes, the domains could be reported to the blacklist. That will keep them out of Wikipedia, and will also alert the major search engines who monitor our blacklist. Continuing to spam will be a very bad marketing strategy. - Jehochman Talk 21:18, 21 October 2007 (UTC)

- Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. If you were trying to insert a good link, please accept my creator's apologies, but note that the external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
- The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): rule: 'googlepages\.com' . If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, or similar site, then please check the information on the external site thorougly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creators copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
- Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! SquelchBot (talk) 17:35, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
