[edit] Treaty violations

Are there any credible sources about the treaty violations. I've found this but it looks like its credibility is questionable. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Rsduhamel (talkcontribs) 06:13, 23 March 2007 (UTC).

[edit] XHLNC vs. KPFK

Is San Diego actually considered part of KPFK's market? Seems a long way for an FM signal. I think the real issue must be that XHLNC's signal cuts down on KPFK's fringe areas, at least to the south of Los Angeles (where KPFK is). No? Jeh 20:22, 11 October 2007 (UTC)

Correct, XHLNC on 90.7 only affects KPFK in San Diego county, where KPFK does not have a legal coverage right. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.36.57.150 (talk) 15:53, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
